The work to be performed, in general, consists of supplying all labor, materials, tools, equipment, implements and methods of process to resurface this street segment with asphalt rubber cape seal, including pavement surface preparation, crack sealing and digout repairs, raising manholes and valve covers to grade, and pavement striping.

In general, the Project consists of continuing construction of a 10-foot-wide concrete Class I bikeway along the south side of Driftwood Drive from a point approximately 200 feet west of Marina Boulevard to the Driftwood Drive/Marina Boulevard intersection. This path segment will close the gap between the existing 10-foot bikeway and the Grizzly Island Trail The Project will also include, but not limited to, removing and installing sidewalk and curb/gutter; upgrading curb ramps to ADA-compliant curb ramps; striping and pavement markings; and storm drain improvements that include catch basins, underground pipe, storm drain manhole and repaving for surface drainage purposes.

The project scope is to complete a 4” thick concrete sidewalk within a 5-foot wide strip between the existing curb and the existing sidewalk along the frontage of the parcel at the southeast corner of Marina Boulevard and Buena Vista Avenue. Compacted Class 2 Aggregate Base (AB) structural section on which concrete is to be poured is pre-existing. The project location is specifically along the west side of Marina Boulevard from Buena Vista Avenue to a point approximately 300 feet to the south, as well as along the south side of Buena Vista Avenue from Marina Boulevard to a point approximately 500 feet to the east.

The general project scope includes converting an existing ditch into a bioretention facility along the east perimeter of the Suisun City Park and Ride Lot located at the northwest corner of Lotz Way and Civic Center Boulevard. The project scope also includes, but is not limited to landscaping/irrigation and paving, as well as installing trash capture devices, fencing, interpretive signage, and gravel blankets.

This work is located on various streets in Suisun City. The work to be performed, in general, consists of supplying all labor, materials, tools, equipment, implements and methods of process to place slurry seal treatment on various City streets. This work also includes surface preperation of all streets, digout repairs, crack sealing, protection of existing utilities and pavement delineation.
