Public Projects

The proposed project involves upgrades to the existing amenities at Heritage Park, aimed at enhancing the park’s functionality, accessibility, and overall visitor experience. The site for these improvements is located on the east side of the Joseph Nelson Community Center parking lot, at 611 Village Drive. The project will include, but is not limited to, the following: site preparation, grading, utility relocation, installation of concrete walk paths, ADA-compliant curb ramp, sod, picnic tables, bleachers, shade structure, basketball goals, and mini-pitch concrete base.

Project Description: This proposal is for removing and replacing the existing water heater and HVAC system located in the attic.

The general project scope consists of upgrading the existing Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB), crosswalk, pavement markings/striping, roadway signs and curb ramp on Marina Boulevard at Lotz Way. The project scope also includes the installation of RRFB, high visibility crosswalks, pavement markings/striping, roadway signs, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and curb extensions (also known as bulbouts) on Pintail Drive at Cackling Way.

The work to be performed, in general, consists of supplying all labor, materials, tools, equipment, implements and methods of process to resurface the project street segments with asphalt rubber cape seal on Blossom Avenue and with fiberized micro surfacing on Sunset Avenue, including pavement surface preparation, crack sealing and digout repairs, 3” grind and overlay at specific locations on Sunset Avenue, AC crosswalk stampings on Sunset Avenue, a curb ramp replacement at the intersection of Sunset Avenue and New Railroad Avenue, raising manholes and valve covers to grade, and pavement striping.

The City of Suisun City is inviting highly qualified professional consulting firms to provide proposals for professional services to prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates (PS&E) for the 2025 Sewer Rehabilitation Project.

In general, the work to be performed consists of supplying all labor, materials, tools, equipment, implements and methods of process to complete the lining of sanitary sewer mains and a storm drain pipe. The project scope also includes cleaning, videotaping, prepping all pipes to be lined and service laterals that are to receive top hats; and removing and replacing end-of-line cleanouts.

The Project scope includes painting of exterior stucco and surfaces of both the Joe Nelson Community Center and the Harbor Theater.
